Returns & Exchanges

At Kipling, we want you to love your new bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place the unused items in the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
